How it works
Deposit
Credited instantly for most methods.
- Log in and click “Cashier” or “Deposit”.
- Choose a payment method: Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, e-wallet, bank or crypto.
- Enter the amount and follow the on-screen instructions.
- For crypto, copy the wallet address or scan the QR code. Select the correct network: Bitcoin, ERC-20 or TRC-20.
Withdrawal
Preferably to the method you deposited with.
- Go to “Cashier” → “Withdraw”.
- Select a withdrawal method.
- Enter the amount and payment details.
- Confirm the request via 2FA, if enabled.
- Full verification completed (all four steps)
- Deposit wagered at least 1 time
- No active bonus with unfulfilled wagering
- Amount within the daily limit of your VIP level
Withdrawal limits

Fees
PLAZMO does not charge a fee for a standard withdrawal. All fees are displayed in the withdrawal interface before you confirm the transaction.
A withdrawal requested before the deposited amount has been wagered at least 1 time is charged 10% of the withdrawal amount (anti-money-laundering fee). Place bets equal to your deposit before withdrawing to avoid it.

Payment questions
How do I deposit?
- Log in and click “Cashier” or “Deposit”.
- Choose a payment method: Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, e-wallet, bank or crypto.
- Enter the amount and follow the on-screen instructions.
- For crypto deposits, copy the wallet address or scan the QR code. Make sure you select the correct network (Bitcoin, ERC-20 or TRC-20). We credit it in EUR at the rate when the network confirms it.
Important: deposits must come from a payment method registered in your name. Using third-party payment details is prohibited.
What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum deposit is €10 for every method. For crypto it is €10 at the EUR rate when the network confirms the transfer.
How long does a deposit take?
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank cards, e-wallets, Paysafecard and Trustly: instant;
- SEPA bank transfer: 1 to 3 banking days;
- Crypto: up to 1 hour (depending on blockchain confirmations).
If your deposit is not credited within the stated time, contact support with the transaction ID.
How do I withdraw?
- Go to “Cashier” → “Withdraw”.
- Select a withdrawal method (preferably the same as used for the deposit).
- Enter the amount and payment details.
- Confirm the request via 2FA (if enabled).
Mandatory conditions for withdrawal:
- Full verification completed;
- Deposit wagered at least 1 time (otherwise a 10% fee applies);
- No active bonuses with unfulfilled wagering;
- Amount within the daily limit of your VIP level.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
The minimum withdrawal amount is €20.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawals open after full verification. PLAZMO then approves a request within the time of your VIP level: 24–72 hours at Spark and Ember, 24 hours at Flare, 12 hours at Core, 2 hours at Plasma. After approval:
- E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller): up to 24 hours;
- Bank cards (also for Apple Pay and Google Pay deposits): 1 to 3 banking days;
- SEPA bank transfer: 1 to 3 banking days;
- Trustly: near-instant;
- Crypto: up to 1 hour.
During periods of high load or when additional checks are required, timeframes may be extended.
What are the withdrawal limits?
Verification decides whether you can withdraw; your VIP level sets the daily limit and the approval time:

Why is a 10% fee charged on withdrawal?
If you request a withdrawal before the deposited amount has been wagered at least 1 time, a 10% fee of the withdrawal amount is charged (anti-money-laundering fee). This is a standard measure to prevent money laundering. To avoid the fee, simply place bets equal to your deposit amount before withdrawing.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
Yes, as long as the request is in “Pending” status in your personal cabinet. Once the funds have been sent, the withdrawal cannot be cancelled.
What if my withdrawal is rejected?
The reason for rejection is displayed in your personal cabinet or sent by email. Common reasons:
- Incomplete verification;
- Active bonus with unfulfilled wagering;
- Exceeding the daily limit of your VIP level;
- Suspicion of breach of Terms and Conditions.

What happens if I send cryptocurrency to the wrong address or network?
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. PLAZMO is not responsible for loss of funds resulting from player error when entering an address or selecting a network. Always double-check the address and network before confirming the transaction.
