Can I lose my level?
Levels are reviewed on the 1st of each month. If you earned less than 10% of your level’s points in the last 90 days, you move down one level, never more. Spark is never lost.
When are bonuses credited?
Rakeback every day at 00:00 UTC, cashback every Monday, the level-up bonus the moment you reach a level. The weekly reload applies to one deposit a week with the bonus switched on.
Do privileges have wagering?
Rakeback and cashback have none and go straight to the real balance. Level-up, reload and birthday bonuses have ×10 wagering within 14 days.
